What if I am just starting out with weddings?

This is PERFECT for you! We’re going to cover not just the tactics of how to implement a better client experience, but the strategy behind it. Client experience is such an important aspect of any wedding business, and knowing how to serve your clients better will help you start booking the right people right away! You do not have to be a wedding florist - or a florist at all! - to take this class.

What if I am not a florist?

Join me anyway! This class will be amazing for any wedding service provider who is looking to elevate their business and book better-fit clients. So whether you are a florist, wedding planner, DJ, or something else - I’d love to see you in this class, and I think you will find a ton of actionable, helpful info!

What if I am not interested in booking luxury clients?

That is totally okay! Not everyone books luxury weddings, but everyone needs to serve their clients well. This class will teach you everything I know about how to do that, and you can apply these lessons to any level of service. I firmly believe that you’re the expert on your business. You get to pick and choose what strategies will work best for your business and your clients!

How long will this take?

The training itself is around 2 hours, followed by a brief Q&A session. 

After the training, you will walk away with a ton of ideas you can implement right away! In fact, some of my best tips will take less than an hour to implement. But crafting a client experience is not a one-and-done thing. You are going to want to put things into place, test them out, get data from your clients, and continue tweaking your experience.
